Delivery Timeline: We offer standard shipping across all U.S. states. Your order will be processed, shipped, and delivered within 4 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

2. 30-Day Return & Refund Policy
We want you to shop with complete confidence. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 30 days from the date you received your shipment.
Depending on the situation and item condition, we offer the following refund options:

100% Full Refund (Return in Original Condition): To eligible for a 100% refund of the purchase price, the item must be returned to us unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Supplier Defect Options: In the rare event that your product arrives with a manufacturing defect or error caused by the supplier, you have two options:

Return for a 100% Refund: Return the defective item in full, and we will issue a 100% refund (including any applicable return shipping costs for defect items).

Keep the Item for a 50% Refund: If the defect is minor or you still wish to keep and use the product, you may choose to retain the item. In this case, we will issue a 50% partial refund to your original payment method as compensation.

3. How to Start a Return
Please contact our AUTO PRO customer support team with your order number and photos/videos of the defect (if applicable). We will guide you through the process and provide a return shipping label if the issue is a verified supplier defect.
