Items can be returned for an exchange or full refund within 30 days of delivery (based on tracking confirmation).

A: The gloves feature a one-touch controller with an integrated digital LED screen displaying the temperature in real time. The 1200 mAh battery provides up to 5–6 hours of warmth on the Low setting (40°C), approximately 3.5–4 hours on Medium (50°C), and 2–2.5 hours on High (60°C).

Q: Are these gloves completely waterproof in heavy snow and rain?

A: Yes. The gloves utilize a dual-layer waterproof construction: a durable, water-repellent outer shell that causes water to bead off, backed by an internal TPU waterproof membrane and a sealed waterproof zipper to keep your battery and hands completely dry.

Q: Can I use my phone without taking the gloves off?

A: Absolutely. High-sensitivity conductive PU material is integrated into both the thumb and index fingertips, allowing you to answer calls, text, and take photos in the freezing cold without exposing your skin.
