By purchasing from AUTO PRO, you (the Customer) acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in our Shipping, Returns & Refund Policy. AUTO PRO reserves the right to amend these policies at any time without prior notice.

Defect Verification & Discretion

• Evidence Requirement: To qualify for the 50% partial refund (keep the item) or 100% refund due to a supplier defect, customers must provide clear photographic or video evidence of the manufacturing defect within the 30-day return window.

• Inspection: AUTO PRO reserves the right to inspect returned items before issuing any refund. If an item is returned as "defective" but found to be damaged due to customer misuse, improper installation, or modification, the 100% refund may be denied or subject to a restocking fee.

Limitation of Liability

AUTO PRO is not responsible for any shipping delays caused by carrier issues, severe weather, customs clearances, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the buyer. Delivery timelines (4-7 business days) are estimates and not legally binding guarantees.
